Being aware of the activities of the place and its processes helps you feel more confident about how you are going to answer those questions. If you know which skills they need most, make sure you have them all and are prepared to answer questions about them.
For example, if you know that you must have basic English in order to obtain a job in, say, the United States, it would be appropriate to prepare to answer basic questions in the English language. Second, try to have all the necessary documents for the interview, since you could go from being a candidate to just someone interested in the position or your interest in professional and personal development.
